All Night Happy Hour in the River Market Contest Rules

1. Contest is open to Arkansas Residents Only.
2. Must be at least 21 years old or older to register.
3. No purchases necessary.
4. Register for your chance to win a trip for 2 to LAS VEGAS:  a 5 day 4 night stay at the Riviera Hotel and Casino, airfare for 2 from Dillard’s Travel McCain Mall, 2 tickets to a Vegas show and a chance to win up to $10,000.  There will be restrictions as to when the winners may travel such as black out dates, etc.
5. How to Register:  January 19, 26, February 2, 9, 16, 23, March 2 during the All Night Happy Hour in the River Market at Sticky Fingerz from 5-8pm and Gusano’s from 11-1am only.  Winner will be randomly chosen from all entries collected over the dates listed above and drawn live on-air on Monday, March 5^th during the Zone between 10-1pm.
6. One winner per household or immediate family. 
7. Winner of the All Night Happy Hour in the River Market Contest are eligible to play and win other games & contests on KABZ 103.7 The Buzz.
8. Employees and immediate families of KABZ 103.7 The Buzz and Signal Media of Arkansas, Sticky Fingerz, Gusano’s, Dillard’s Travel McCain Mall, Sun Fun Media, and other media companies are not eligible to win.
9. Duplicate entries will be disqualified from the contest.
10. All qualifying calls to KABZ 103.7 The Buzz may be taped for later broadcast or aired live.  Winner must acknowledge that KABZ 103.7 The Buzz shall have the right to publicize and broadcast their name, likeness, and voice to promote their qualifying and participation in the contest.
11. Prizes are non-transferable.
12. Winner will be contacted of details on prize by a Buzz representative on Monday, March 5^th after 1pm.  Winner will pick up the prize for the trip at Signal Media of Arkansas located at 2400 Cottondale Lane in Little Rock.  Winner must show photo ID.
13. All federal, state, and local taxes, all licensing and title fees, insurance, and all other expenses associated with ownership of the All Night Happy Hour in the River Market Contest will be the responsibility of the winners. A 1099 tax form will be issued to the winner and filed with the Internal Revenue Service.
14. As a condition to receiving the prize, the winner must sign a document releasing KABZ 103.7 The Buzz, Sticky Fingerz, Gusano’s, Dillard’s Travel McCain Mall, Sun Fun Media, and Signal Media of Arkansas from any and all liability arising out of his or her receipt of the prizes and its ownership and use.
15. KABZ 103.7 The Buzz and Signal Media of Arkansas reserve the right to amend the All Night Happy Hour in the River Market Contest Rules at any time.
