The Home Builders Association of Greater Little Rock (HBAGLR) is sponsoring a charitable project – Builders House of Hope – a nine-month event to raise funds for the Arkansas Children’s Hospital. 

 

The Home Builders Association has purchased a lot in Maumelle’s Country Club of Arkansas at the corner of Country Club Boulevard and Auriel  Circle.  HBAGLR will design and build a 1,946 sq. ft. handicap-friendly home on the site with all labor and materials being furnished by Association members and through private donations. 

 

Groundbreaking will take place June 2, 2006, at 12 noon.  The house will be completed and sold in early March 2007.  A portion of the proceeds from the sale of the home will be donated to the Children’s Hospital Foundation.
