THE BUZZ RAZORBACK GAME DAY TICKET GIVEAWAY CONTEST RULES

  1. Contest is open to Arkansas Residents Only.
  2. Must be at least 18 years old or older.
  3. No purchases necessary.
  4. Register to win one of two pairs of tickets to an Arkansas Razorback game. Dates, locations and giveaway dates and times listed above.  
  5. Fill out the KABZ 103.7 The Buzz registration blank to register.  If the registration blank is not completely filled out, KABZ 103.7 The Buzz, and Polaris Dealers have the right to disqualify the entrant’s registration blank.  Duplicate
    entries will be disqualified from the contest.  Entries that are illegible and/or not filled out fully will be disqualified from the contest.
  6. On the days of the ticket giveaways, one winner will be chosen at 11:50am and another winner at 12:50pm. Winners will receive 1 pair of tickets to the specified Arkansas Razorback game.  The winner will be randomly selected and
    announced by name on the air. Winners do not have to present to win. Winner will be contacted by a KABZ 103.7 The Buzz representative that day to discuss details of winnings.
  7. One winner per household or immediate family. 
  8. Winner of the The Buzz Razorback Game Day Ticket Giveaway is eligible to play and win other games & contests on KABZ 103.7 The Buzz.
  9. Employees and im
    media te families of KABZ 103.7 The Buzz, Signal Media of Arkansas, Polaris Dealers and other media companies are not eligible to win.
  10. Duplicate entries will be disqualified from the contest.
  11. All qualifying calls to KABZ 103.7 The Buzz may be taped for later broadcast or aired live.  Winner must acknowledge that KABZ 103.7 The Buzz shall have the right to publicize and broadcast their name, likeness, and voice to promote
    their qualifying and participation in the contest.
  12. Prizes are non-transferable.
  13. Winner will discuss with a Buzz representative of the delivering and/or pickup of prizes.
  14. All federal, state, and local taxes, all licensing and title fees, insurance, and all other expenses associated with ownership of the The Buzz Razorback Game Day Ticket Giveaway will be the responsibility of the winners. A 1099 tax form will be issued to the winner and filed with the Internal Revenue Service.
  15. As a condition to receiving the prize, the winner must sign a document releasing KABZ 103.7 The Buzz, Signal Media
    of Arkansas and Polaris Dealers from any and all liability arising out of his or her receipt of the prizes and its ownership and use.
  16. KABZ 103.7 The Buzz and Signal Media of Arkansas reserve the right to amend The Buzz Razorback Game Day Ticket Giveaway rules at any time.
